Plain terms for certifiable.media. For now, they cover one thing: how we handle your information.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no comments, and no checkout. The only information we ask for is on the Contact page: your name, email address, and message, so we can reply to you.

Where it goes

Contact messages go to our private feedback inbox, hosted on Cloudflare alongside this site. Nothing you send is posted publicly, shared for marketing, or sold, and no third-party service sees your message.

What we keep

Messages stay in our inbox for up to six months so we can answer and follow up, then they are deleted automatically. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask through the Contact page and we will remove it.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability. We count visits with GoatCounter; it does not use advertising cookies or build profiles of visitors.
